Hot dog-stasjon for steaming av pølser og varmeholding av pølsebrød.
Hotdog-stasjonen tiltrekker seg kunder med sitt spennende utseende, og det er lett å utvikle et takeaway consept som tar liten plass, til en rimelig penge.

Maskinen har to termostater som gjør at man kan regulere både temperaturen på steameren og brødvarmeren:
- Vanntemperatur for steamer: fra 65°C til 97°C.
- Termostat brødvarmer: 15°C to 82°C.

Pølsesteameren har en tank med kapasitet på 4 liter. Under tanken ligger et varmeelement som varmer opp vannet, steam/damp siver så opp og damper pølsene.
En thermo-ventilator holder pølsebrødene varme, uten å tørke dem ut. Riktig ventilasjon tillater perfekt sirkulasjon av varm luft i hot dog-stasjonen.

Enkel å bruke:
Maskinen trenger 30 minutters oppvarmingstid før bruk. Så snart den er klar, kan den brukes intensivt hele dagen. Server opptil 60 hotdog per time!
For forvarme vannet set termostaten på "C" i 30 minutter. Sett den så på posisjon 6 eller 7 for non-stop steaming/damping av pølser.
Brødvarmeren har egen termostat for pølsebrød, baguetter, mm.
Hotdog-stasjonen kan romme og varmholde opptil 60 pølser og 30 pølsebrød samtidig.

Enkel å rengjøre:
Hotdog-stasjonen er svært enkel å rengjøre. Lokkene, veggene og bunnen er avtagbar. Tappekran i bunn til tømme ut restrerende vann.

The operation of this hot dog station is very simple. To preheat the water, simply set the thermostat switch to "C" for 30 min, then to position 6 or 7 for non-stop steam cooking of sausages.
The bread heater is controlled through thermostat according to the type of bread: buns, rolls or baguettes.
The sausage compartment holds up to 60 sausages. 30 rolls or buns can be kept warm in the warming area for bread.
