Heating by burners in stainless steel with stabilized flame, placed under a "special" stainless steel caps, which transmit heat by radiation, this unique construction feature has the ability to ensure that the live flame is never in contact with food.
Combustion chamber made entirely of stainless steel.
Valve control with safety by thermocouple, automatic ignition by pilot light, electric piezo.
Lower water tank in stainless steel (double functions): 1st collect the juices of the cooking and attenuate the smoke during the cooking of the food, 2nd release a steam for a remarkable cooking.
Made of stainless steel AISI 304.
Adjustable lower cylinders.
The equipment is manufactured following the (CE) standards in force.

A professional machine that allows you to make excellent grilled plates, without the food being in direct contact with the falems. The food stays morbid thanks to the steam released through a water basin underneath, which is also used as cooking fluid catsching basin and to diminish the smoke.
