Temperature regulation from 90°C to 190°C, by thermostatic valve, ignition by pilot light and safety system by thermocouple, piezoelectric device, front accessibility allowing very easy maintenance.

ADVANTAGE:
The specially deep-drawn top ensures easy draining of the baskets, as well as containing any oil spillage. The tank is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, and is fully welded (continuously). A special cold zone is built into the bottom of the tank, guaranteeing the quality and long life of the cooking oils. Easy oil draining thanks to the drain tap on the front panel.
