Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable cylinders.
Deep-drawn and watertight top (15/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304, IPX5 water resistance.
Deep-drawn tank in AISI 304 stainless steel with all corners and inside angles rounded for easy and hygienic maintenance, fitted with cold zone. Stainless steel lid. Ball valve for draining the tank and oil settling tank, located in the lower cabinet.
Gas-fired heating using heat exchangers immersed in the tank, fed by cast-iron burners with horizontal flames. Temperature regulation from 90°C to 190°C, by thermostatic valve, ignition by pilot light and safety system by thermocouple, piezoelectric device, front accessibility allowing very easy maintenance.

ADVANTAGE:
The tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (18/10 mm), completely welded (continuously) to the TOP for easy cleaning. A special cold zone is built into the bottom of the tank, guaranteeing the quality and long life of the cooking oils. Easy oil draining thanks to the drain tap on the underside of the unit, and the settling tank fitted with a stainless steel filter (supplied as standard).
